Whether you are looking for an evocative place for a romantic dinner, a distinctive venue for friends or corporate events, we have a good overview of the city and its many winecellars. Taste the famous Tokaji and Egri Bikaver together with other famous Hungarian wines.
For those who are on a short “city break” you may want to visit most of those located in the city, but you will not need to go far outside the city limits before you reach vineyards that produce wine.
Visitors who wants to visit a winecellar or a vineyard should do some planning before the visit, whether one wants to have a formal winetasting with dinner or a just joyous evening with a tasting.
We plan and put together a program according to your budget, but a priceexample 6 wines with its own sommelier who tells you about the wines, combined with a 4 course dinner is comfortable 35€ per person. Smaller packages of wine, cheese and biscuits will set you back about 10€ per person.
- Yearly we have also 4 scheduled bicycle rides in different parts of the country’s winedistricts. Here we provide you with good bikes and a English speaking follower, on tours ranging from 3 to 8 days. It is also possible with day trips for colleagues and friends from vineyard to vineyard for those who only have a few days down here.
